  1. The application (in duplicate) has to be submitted to the Director, Legal   Metrology, Department of Consumer Affairs, Room No.461-A, Krishi Bhavan,        New Delhi along with a Demand Draft for    Rs.20/- drawn in favour of “Pay and        Accounts Officer, Department of Consumer Affairs, “payable at New Delhi.

 

  1. For Addition of any new pre-packed commodities to be imported in future the Original certificate has to be submitted to the Department for amendment.
